Curio Rugs is a Twin Cities-based home decor brand focused on sourcing one-of-a-kind, vintage Turkish and Persian rugs. We worked with Curio Rugs to redesign their brand identity in addition to a designing a custom e-commerce website to increase and streamline vintage rug orders.
About the business
Curio Rugs’ refreshed brand identity and Shopify website design were both directly inspired by the rich, unique motifs and colors found in their vintage rugs. Elements of movement, earth-inspired colors and use of texture were all taken into consideration throughout the creative process.
About the website
One of Curio Rugs’ biggest goals was to design a seamless shopping experience for customers specifically searching for rugs by size or color while differentiating between vintage and newly made rugs. This was achieved by building out a custom navigation with product filtering that allows for shoppers and interior designers to find the perfect rug for any space – in just a few clicks.
